You may fund your Lykke account using bank wire or credit card. For credit card method, you may only deposit GBP or EUR fiat currencies. Please note that you need to pass KYC verification to proceed with the wallet's fund management features such as deposits, trading and withdrawals.
Note: USD deposits will not be available until further notice.
Using a Credit Card
To deposit using your credit card, please do as follows:
iOS & Android
- Tap on Deposit from the app's main screen.
- Search and select the desired asset you want to deposit.
- Under Deposit, select Credit Card.
- Enter the total amount you would like to deposit.
- Tap on Proceed.
- Confirm that the details are correct by taping on Confirm and entering your pin/fingerprint.
- Complete the form from the payment provider and tap on Complete this payment.
Please refer to the instructions below on how to deposit using credit to your account from the web (https://wallet.lykke.com/) using credit card or bank wire transfer:
- Navigate to your account on the web and click on Funds
- Click Deposit, choose Credit Card from the dropdown and the currency you would like to deposit.
- Enter the amount and double check your personal information.
- Scroll down and click the button Cash In
- You will be redirected to the checkout confirmation of our payment provider. Fill in the form with your billing information and kindly review all your personal details. Scroll down at the bottom and click the buttonto complete your deposit.
- Due to recent changes applied by card systems, we are sorry to inform you that we no longer support payments using MasterCard.
VISA, credit card and other payment option will not be available for some countries. We have to make this change in order to comply with MasterCard and Visa’s new policy which is applied globally. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
