How do I upgrade my Account Level?

The first level is Beginner. It is approved automatically upon your successful registration. That means you can explore our app and understand a bit more about our offering. If you would like to make deposits, trade or store assets you may upgrade your account to Advanced level.

In order to upgrade your account level, you  need to tap on More on the menu bar at the bottom  of the Lykke Wallet main screen => Profile => Upgrade button.

The following details are required for account level upgrade:

    • Account information. Please fill in the fields with your address.
    • Identity Documents. Please submit photos either of your passport or national ID. Kindly note that the document must be in Latin characters.
    • Selfie. Your selfie should be well-lit and in good quality. If you wear glasses, please take them off to ensure a successful submission.
    • Proof of address. Please provide either a bank statement, a utility bill or a Governmental Document that has your full name, address (Non-P.O Box) and is not older than 3 months. 

    Note that we cannot accept the same document for ID and for proof of address.

    You will then get to the below screen, this means we have all the documents required and will be assessing your submission.

If you wish to deposit more than the Advanced level limit, you may request a further upgrade. Tap More => Profile => Upgrade.

Upgrading to Pro Individual level will require you to submit Proof of Funds.

Please ensure that the photo or scan of your source of funds document is clear and legible. Some of the documents accepted as proof of funds are bank statements, payslips and tax reports.
